Porter Adams of Matter Labs speaks at ZK Accelerate event in Istanbul about circuit anatomy and security in ZK networks.
RAILGUN announces v3 is “around the corner”, bringing significant improvements in efficiency and functionality. The v3 update includes contract modularization and gas savings, relayer alternatives, and new DeFi opportunities through “Access Card NFTs”.
ZK protocol Sindri completes a $5MM seed round led by CoinFund. The ZK infrastructure platform aims to verify the integrity of the world’s data by providing tools for developers.
Jordi Baylina of Polygon speaks with CoinTelegraph about the network’s plans for 2024, including its Ethereum scaling solution leveraging ZK to enhance interoperability, liquidity, and composability.
The Starknet Foundation, which oversees the Ethereum scaling solution StarkWare, announces plans to allocate over 1.8 billion STRK tokens. Half of these tokens are earmarked for the Foundation’s “Provisions Committee” to reward contributions from community members. The other half will be dedicated to user rebates.
The =nil; Foundation introduces a new “type-1” zkEVM to enhance Ethereum’s scalability and security. The zkEVM, powered by automated circuit compiler zkLLVM, aims to boost Ethereum’s transaction capacity through zkSharding.

☀️ Lumoz (previously Opside) unveils ZKFair — the first community-owned zero knowledge layer 2 network. The network’s “fair launch” was a result of collaboration between Polygon, Celestia, and Lumoz. Testnet is live! Mainnet is 🔜

🗞️ Hot off the (Twitter) press — layer 1 network Cronos announces the launch of the Cronos zkEVM testnet. The announcement, launched on the zkSync hyperchain network, aims to bring the $350MM in DeFi TVL to the Ethereum and ZK ecosystems.

Chainlink 🤝 Polygon. Chainlink data feeds are now operational on Polygon zkEVM, equipping devs to build DeFi apps with Chainlink’s data solution. The intention is for the data accessibility to supercharge the development of the Polygon zkEVM DeFi ecosystem.
